You could pick up the invoice at the Conference welcome desk.

Consider that we must receive this form almost 15 days before the Conference so that you have prepared the invoice at the welcome desk.

Nevertheless you can provide us your data at any moment before or during the Conference and we will send you the invoice by post-mail after the Event.
