Personal Invoice Form
For a personal invoice you must figure as University of Alicante client, so you must download this application form (MS Word Document). This is the standard personal data form of the Financial Management Service of the University of Alicante. You can look up for information regarding the sense of the form and full instructions about how to fill it out at this instructions (PDF Format).
When you have this document filled out and with an ID card copy, you can choose:

- You could pick up the invoice at the Conference welcome desk.
2. Or to provide us your data at any moment during the Conference at the Welcome Desk
- You will receive the personal invoice by postal mail after the Conference.
